Shipping Policy

Tracked fragile shipping for handcrafted Jingdezhen porcelain.

Orders enter packing within 2-4 business days after PayPal confirms payment. Packing photos may be prepared before dispatch.

Checkout shows destination-based air and sea options, calculated by billable weight. No separate packing surcharge is added at checkout.

Import duties, VAT, and customs handling charged by the destination country are paid by the buyer.

After dispatch we send the carrier name and tracking number by email. Tracking events typically appear 24-72 hours after carrier pickup.
