A paid order can usually be cancelled before packing or dispatch starts. Once handed to the carrier, cancellation is no longer guaranteed.

Returns and Refunds
Return handling for handmade porcelain, cancellations, and damaged parcels.
Handmade variation
Small glaze, brush, size, and color differences are normal for hand-finished porcelain and are not treated as defects.
Returns
Return requests must be sent within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, complete, and packed in fragile-grade protective material. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless we shipped the wrong item.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued back via PayPal. Final posting time depends on PayPal and the buyer's funding source.
