Damage Claims

Breakage claim steps for fragile porcelain shipments.

If porcelain arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so the claim can be documented quickly.

Required photos

Keep the item, inner packaging, outer carton, shipping label, and protective material. Send clear photos of the damage, packaging, and label. For high-value parcels, an unboxing video from sealed carton to damaged item may be required.

Resolution

Depending on stock and shipping coverage, we may offer replacement parts, a replacement item, partial refund, or full refund.

Carrier review

For damage review, please keep all packaging materials until the carrier or merchant completes review.
