Keep the item, inner packaging, outer carton, shipping label, and protective material. Send clear photos of the damage, packaging, and label. For high-value parcels, an unboxing video from sealed carton to damaged item may be required.
Depending on stock and shipping coverage, we may offer replacement parts, a replacement item, partial refund, or full refund.
For damage review, please keep all packaging materials until the carrier or merchant completes review.
