Processing time
Orders are reviewed after PayPal payment is confirmed. In-stock items normally enter packing within 2-4 business days. Packing photos may be prepared before dispatch for fragile porcelain orders.
Delivery options
Checkout currently offers tracked standard shipping, express fragile handling, and insured express delivery. Delivery estimates are shown during checkout and may vary by destination customs clearance.
Duties and taxes
International import duties, VAT, customs fees, or brokerage charges are the buyer's responsibility when charged by the destination country.
