If porcelain arrives damaged, contact the merchant within 48 hours of delivery so the claim can be documented quickly.
Required photos
Please keep the item, inner packaging, outer carton, shipping label, and all protective material. Send clear photos of the damage, packaging, and label.
Resolution options
Depending on product availability and shipping coverage, the merchant may offer replacement parts, a replacement item, partial refund, or full refund.
Carrier claim
For insured shipments, the buyer may need to keep packaging until the carrier or insurer completes review.
